Order Tracking

Have the order number and billing email to hand

Both appear at the top of the confirmation we emailed the moment your order went through. The email address has to be the one typed at checkout; a second address belonging to the same household will not match. No account, no password, nothing else to remember.

Expect the number roughly a day after dispatch

A label prints once your copy has been pulled off a distributor's shelf and boxed. USPS scans it into their network shortly afterwards, and the number reaches you by email inside about 24 hours of that scan. Before the first scan the number exists but reports nothing, which looks alarming and is entirely routine.

Translate the status line USPS shows you

Pre-Shipment means the label is made and the parcel is not yet in their hands. In Transit covers the long middle stretch, where a day or two can pass between updates as the parcel crosses sorting centers. Out for Delivery puts it on a van this morning. Delivered records where the carrier left it. Silence between scans is not the same as a stopped parcel.

Judge lateness against 5 to 10 business days

That total counts weekdays from your first business day — the order day itself when the order is in before 4:00 PM Central — skipping weekends and federal holidays. A Thursday order therefore has no reason to arrive the following Monday. Once the tenth business day has passed with nothing at your door, write to us with the number and we will chase it.

Report a frozen scan rather than waiting it out

Five business days of an unchanged status is our threshold for opening a carrier inquiry, and doing that is our job rather than yours. Email the order number, and the reply carries the full scan history alongside whatever USPS tells us. The same goes for a Delivered scan with no parcel in sight, once you have checked with the household and given it a couple of days.

Ask a person when this page comes up empty

A number typed slightly wrong, an order placed under a different email, a scan that has not appeared yet — any of those produce a blank result here. Rather than guessing, send us whatever you have and someone will look the order up directly. The full timetable, and what happens with damaged or lost parcels, lives in the Shipping Policy.
